Filter Media Characteristics

DiamFilter specializes in providing custom filter media solutions for various industries, including asphalt mixing, chemicals, cement, metals, power generation, and woodworking. Our filter media excel in abrasive, corrosive, high-temperature, and explosive dust filtration applications. The filtration performance is influenced by factors such as material composition, construction (woven or nonwoven), and treatment. We offer a comprehensive range of filter media materials tailored to suit specific application requirements.

FINISH TREATMENT

Treatment of filter media enhances their filtration efficiency and performance by extending the filter media’s lifespan, improving dust cake release, reducing valve pulsing, maintaining consistent airflow, minimizing differential pressure, and reducing downtime and maintenance requirements. Different fibers imbue each media with unique dust filtration characteristics.

Filter Media Finish Treatments include Singed, Glazed, Heat Set, Oil and water proof, PTFE coating, PTFE membrane.
