FINISH TREATMENT
Treatment of filter media enhances their filtration efficiency and performance by extending the filter media’s lifespan, improving dust cake release, reducing valve pulsing, maintaining consistent airflow, minimizing differential pressure, and reducing downtime and maintenance requirements. Different fibers imbue each media with unique dust filtration characteristics.
Filter Media Finish Treatments include Singed, Glazed, Heat Set, Oil and water proof, PTFE coating, PTFE membrane.
